About work
About me
I began my education in a music-focused program, and after high school, I earned a degree in elementary education with a specialization in art (1984, ACSJ TKF / Győr).
In 2000, I completed a college degree in art education in Szombathely, followed by a university degree in motion picture and media studies in 2003 (MOME, Bp.).
Since 1984, I have been a teacher at the Dance and Fine Arts Secondary School of Széchenyi István University. Between 2014 and 2019, I served as the head of the fine arts department.
I have been a founding member and secretary of the ART 9000 art group since 2006, and a member of MROE since 2006.
Since 2010, I have also been a member of MAOE, as well as a member of Art Flexum and Art World Hungary Associations.
In 2014, I received an award at the County Autumn Exhibition in Győr.

I primarily paint the essence of landscapes and ancient forms through an abstract approach. My work is characterized by layering; I play with material and color, allowing their inherent qualities to unfold on the canvas.
This process results in layered surfaces that may not be immediately understood but invite the viewer to engage more deeply. I often use my favorite techniques—oil pastel and acrylic—in combination.
Reflecting my dual nature, my subjects are mostly quiet meditations to which I always return, even after exploring different formal directions.
